Regulations

GelGeneral Rules 2026:

1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the room where the championships are held. Maintain order and follow hygiene rules at the workplace.

2. The participant/model must be over 16 years of age.

3. The deadline for submitting applications is March 23, 2026.

4. The competition fee must be paid to the Organizer’s account no later than March 23, 2026.

5. ATTENTION!!!The fee for participation in the Nails Olympic International Championship is non-refundable.

6. The number of places is limited, the order of participation payments depends.

7. Confirmation of acceptance of the application for the Championship will be sent after payment.

8. The receipt/VAT invoice will be sent at the end of the month in which the payment was received, to the e-mail address provided by the participant in the online form.

9. There are limits for in absentia competitions, for a total of 1, 2 and 3 divisions:

10. The organizer is not responsible for anyone who has not read or understood the regulations. Any changes to the regulations will be published on the Championship website www.nailsolympicshow.pl. The organizer reserves the right to change the regulations, content and evaluation criteria up to 7 days before the Championships.

11. It is prohibited to exhibit works that have previously been competition entries in other championships or have been published elsewhere. Championship participants cannot publish photos of their works on social media before the results of the Championship are announced under penalty of disqualification.

12. Participants enter the championship with their own model. While the jurors are assessing the works, models are prohibited from wearing jewelry (especially rings, bracelets and watches) or visible tattoos. 13. Models should wear a long black blouse.

14. The condition for participation in absentia competitions is to send the work only by courier no later than March 23, 2026, to the following address:

The organizer enables personal delivery of work at a specific place and time:
Deadline: April 9, 2026 at 14.00-18.00

15. The organizer is not liable in the event of damage to the work sent by courier during transport.

16. The organizer will return part-time work only at the special request of the competitor, shipping at the participant’s expense. Works in the Poster competition will not be returned.

17. If fewer than 5 people enter the competition, the score will be calculated according to percentage thresholds:
1st place 100%-85%
2nd place 84%-70%
3rd place 69%-55%
